History: Aladona known as the Queen Serpent is one of the oldest beasts to ever grace the planet. She is a basilisk the deadliest class of snake on the planet. Not much is known of how she came to be only that she was born from a Chicken Egg beneath a Toad. She had remained hidden for centuries hidden deep in long forgotten Catacombs hibernating only awaking to feed and shed her skin. She had lived beyond the life expectancy of a normal Basilisks due to the raw Demonic Energy encased within the Catacombs, absorbed into her scales allowing her to live for five thousand years.
Abilities:
The Basilisk can grow up to fifty feet in length, and is a dark green colour with large yellow eyes. These eyes have the power to immediately kill anything that looks into them. If the victim looks indirectly at the Basilisk's eyes, such as a reflection or through an object, they will merely become petrified. Another way of surviving a Basilisk's gaze is by seeing it through another object. The basilisk is able to cover their deadly eyes with a second layer to prevent any unwanted death or petrifaction.

The Basilisk's sharp fangs are full of deadly venom, powerful enough to kill a human in a matter of minutes. The scales of a Basilisk are incredibly resilient to magic, holy energy and demonic energy. The scales of the Basilisk are able to absorb the surrounding energy allowing the beast to grow in size and live an extended life. The larger the Basilisk is the older it is and the more power its scales have absorbed in the years.

It can also damage inanimate objects so thoroughly that they are impossible to restore. The Basilisk sheds its skin at intervals, like all other snakes, when it grows. Their mortal weakness is the crowing of a rooster. Basilisks feed off vertebrate animals. The male can be distinguished from the female by a single scarlet plume on its head.
