Let the blind guide the way

Amore was lost. Normally he could travel fine...but that was because there was always something different he ran into but not in the desert. The hot sun beat down on his head, beads of sweat rolled down, "I need to get to a town and soon..." He said since he had no water with him. He wiped his forehead, his hair clung to his damp skin (and his clothes). Amore had been lost for days and drank the last of his water yesterday morning. Not to mention all his food was gone too. Amore stumbled, it was difficult to move around in the desert, the sand was like ice (as in he kept slipping).

In a small house located in litterally the middle of no where Reika sat outside waiting for Kyodai to get back from town with the food she had sent after. Lenly sat with her as she played with rabbit, he yellow eyes seemed to glow even more than they used to .

Amore started to feel dizzy. He knew that if he wasn't blind then his vision would be swimming. His grip on his staff loosened and he dropped it. "Wow there!" said a voice and suddenly felt the man grab onto his arm before Amore fell, "What are you doing wandering around the desert?" Amore felt his arm being put over the man's shoulders. Amore didn't know where he was going but he hoped it was a place with water.

Soon Kyodai came into view of the house, "Kyo-san!" Jeffery said from inside the house (since he doesn't like the sun too much still). "Hey, can you get the girls out here?" Kyo made a gesture to the half passed out man.

Reika heard Jeffery yell Kyodai had returned, "come one Lenly let's go see what's up. when Lenly and Reika made it to the front Reika saw the almost passed out man, "oh God, Kyo get him inside on the table, Jeffery take Lenly to your room and you two stay there until i say." she ordered.

Jeffery nodded and took Lenly's hand, "Come along Miss. Lenly-chan." He said, tugging her upstairs. Kyodai had the food in one arm and held the man with the other. He set the food down on a counter and then set the man on the table, "I think he was lost cause he was walking around in circles..." Kyodai said.

Reika chuckled, "oh you of little faith. now i need you to get me a blanket, and a wash cloth now." she ordered Kyodai as she got to work and got a bowl of water and a cup of water and rushed back to Amore.

Kyodai nodded, going to get the blanket and the wash cloth.

Amore's eyes were hurting, he needed to get the ribbon off of his eyes. His hands wouldn't move though, he was too tired, "Where am I?..." his voice was dry and hoarse.

"you're at my house sweetie, i am Reika and im gonna help you okay?" she said as she brought the cup of water near his lips, she lifted his head up gently," here drink this."

Amore felt the cold water rush down this throat, he coughed a bit at the end (went down the wrong tube), "Thank you..." he said as he went to remove the ribbon, "I seem to have been a bit lost..."
"really lost by the looks of it." Kyodai mumbled.

"shut up Kyodai." she ordered shooting a glare to him and took the wash cloth and placed it in the bowl of water then rung it out a put it on Amore's head. "you'll need to rest a little while so you can get your strength back.

Amore removed the ribbon from over his eyes, one was a cloudy pale blue while the other was the same except it was green. "Alright, Miss. Reika..." He was too tired to argue.

she then gently place the blanket over him so all the heat wouldn't leave his body at once, "sleep now." she then turned to Kyodai and sighed.

"I wonder where he came from..." He said in a low voice as to not wake up Amore.

Reika shrugged "no clue, you can interrogate him once he's better." she said jokingly, a smirk graced her face as she walked past him and into the livingroom.

Kyodai smiled and chuckled, "Alright, alright." He said and followed her into the living room, "Did you notice his eyes?"

Reika nodded, "yea his eyes were kind of.......odd. " she looked over at Kyodai as she sad on the couch, "what do you think?' she asked.

"I am not too sure but I bet it has to do with the reason why he was so lost." Kyodai said, looking over his shoulder to Amore.

"most liklely, oh well got get Len and Jeff." she said.

Kyodai did a fake pout, "Awe but I was hoping to spend some time with you...you know, just the two of us..."

Reika giggled and sighed playfully, " well i guess, since you're so insistent." she replied playing with a strand of her pink hair.

Kyodai grinned but then looked over his shoulder, "if only our guest though was in one of the other rooms..."

"to bad~ he's staying were he is." Reika replied sticking her tongue out at him playfully. "and i'm not moving~" she teased.

"Well I guess I am gonna have to change that~" Kyodai said before standing up and picking Reika up in his arms.

Reika squeaked and wrapped her arms around his neck, "Kyo! put me down!" she said pouting while holding back a giggle.

Kyodai only smiled, "Oh I don't think so~" He said as he started to walk upstairs, "Besides, we should let our guest have some peace and quiet, don't you think?"
