Hollie quickly shoved and shield at the creature, but it had no effect of it and it walked right through it.

Mark tackled the thing...in his wolf form. His jaws snapped around it's neck. (Aportext has odd energy signals but doesn't affect vampires when they are in the light and werewolfs can change into their wolf forms)

the creature howled in pain and blew up

Mark wimpered as he flew and hit a tree. Alice ran over to Alex, "Your bleeding!" she said, Alex looked at his arm, "I am fine."

Hollie ran over to Mark worried, "Are you ok??" she asked.

Mark went back into his human form, "Yeah, just a bump." He said as he rubbed the back of his head.

"Alright...."Hollie said not truly believing him.

Jack growled, "I can feel more are coming." Alice was just finishing wrapping Alex's arm, "We should hurry then." said Brianne.

Hollie nodded, "come on." she said

Everyone started to head out again, "Damn humid..." mumbled Jack, he didn't mind the heat from a dessert but the wet heat from a swamp, he didn't like.

Hollie walked behind the others silently.

Snarls and growls were heard in the bushes. Various color of eyes watched them both in the water and the trees.

Hollie continued walked but knowing the creatures were there

Alex had his sword out and Jack had the cross bow out, Mark stood beside Hollie, "You ok?" he asked her.

Hollie nodded, looking over at him worry filed her eyes. she was more worried for him than herself

Mark smiled at her, "No worries, Hollie." he said, trying to ease her.

Hollie nodded but the look in her eyes remained the same

Mark put a hand on her shoulder.

She looked down. her brain was still slightly fuzzy from her dip in the water and the water in the atmosphere

"Do you need some more water?" Mark asked her.

Hollie shook her head and showed him her half full water bottle.

"Alright...you ok? You don't feel sick or anything?" He asked, his brows creased together.

Hollie shook her head not wanting to worry him. '"i'm fine." she told him

There was a sudden loud, thunderous, roar.
