The pain of the past to unlock the future

"I'm fine..." Jeramey said as he supported himself up.

"no your not! you need to lie down! your going to reopen your wound!" she exclaimed trying to make him see reason and rest.

Jeramey sighed, "Alright....can I have a little help though?" he asked, "And sorry..."

"what for?" she asked and helped him to lay down on the sofa

"For trying to kill you..." Jeramey said as he laid down.

"it's in the past. it doesn't matter now as long as you don't try it again." she said pulling her pink hair into a pony tail. "where's your family Jeramey? we need to inform them that your ok." she said

Jeramey was silent, a sad expression on his face.

Reika got the message, "yeah me too...." she said softly.

Jeramey looked at Reika then his eyes started to water, "Now I feel even worse..."

"why? and don't cry...please." she begged

"I was about to kill someone with the same problem as me...gah, my head hurts." Jeramey said as tears dropped a few times from his eyes.

Reika wiped his tears away, "it's not truly a problem. more like an opertunity..." she said softly

Jeramey was surprised when she wiped away his tears, she was being so nice to him, she saved him. His heart felt like it was made of lead and all the more, he was feeling worse and even more sick.

Reika smiled at him, "beside people like us have to stick together." she said smiling

"I am so sorry...." Jeramey said, feeling worse by the second.

"stop that." she ordered, "you have nothing to be sorry for understand that. i don't blame you i'm not mad at you so stop feeling bad........please." she pleaded

Jeramey was very much confused as to why she was worried about him but his head hurt too much right now. Jeramey's stomach growled loudly.

Reika laughed loudly, "i'll got cook something for you." she said with a smile

"Alright...thank you..." Jeramey said as he closed his eyes for now.

"i'll be back just yell if you need me." she said then left for the kitchen.

"Alright and...thank you..." Jeramey said.

she smiled and went to start cooking

Jeramey slowly started to fall asleep again.

Reika heated up the pasta she had made earlier, and toasted some bread

Jeramey mumbled in his sleep as there was a knock on the door.
