"Alright, alright. I will." He said as he smiled, "And I believe you will, one day maybe." He then walked out of his office, "Make sure you lock when you leave." He called out walking to his room.

"got it." she responded, as soon as he was out the door she stood and sat in his chair and began doing the paperwork.

It wouldn't be till very late at night before Fox would finish the paperwork. Nick was still asleep, he hadn't slept for days so he probably won't wake up till morning.

Fox continued working till she was almost done, but it was really late and she ended up falling asleep before finishing what little she had left.

In the morning, there was a knock on the door, "Captain, we have a new prisoner in the cellar." called one of the guards from behind the door.

Fox jumped up with a squeak and rubbed her eyes. She then walked over to the door and opened it, "the captain is in his room, i'll go get him." she said with a yawn.

"Its alright, we just need someone to register him. Maybe you can do it since your 3rd in command, Captain Fox." said the guard as he bowed his head a bit to her.

Fox thought a minute, "yeah that'd be okay i think cause Nick needs to rest." she responded. "take me where i need to go." she replied annoyed with being awake.

The guard nodded his head and walked off to the cellar. Like usual, it was cold, dark, and damp but at less their was some light in the cellar, or the Creepers Cave some guards called it. "Here he is, number 456. In for trespassing and theivery." The guard said, reading the script that was given to him when the prisioner was dropped off.

Fox sighed and looked into the cellar bored.

The young man sat lazily on the bench that was attached to the wall in the cell. A light brown bandana with a skull on it was tied on his head, keeping some of his blonde hair out of his light brown eyes. He wore clean close for a theif, a white shirt was remained unbottoned (with nothing underneath~) and blue pants. He also wore a brown leather belt and fingerless gloves. Along his upper left arm was a tattoo (its there if you look at the pic closely). He had his left brown booted foot on the bench while the other simply dangled off of the edge. He sudden looked over to Fox and blinked, not expecting to see a woman guard, "Eh? I thought Captain Nicky would be dropping by." He said, obviously having been here before.

Fox sighed, "Sorry to burst your bubble, but Nick's busy." she responded starting at him boredly.

He shrugged, "Anywho, so your doing my papers i guess then Miss...?" He said with a riased brow before swinging both feet over the bench and leaning forward on his knees, "My name is James Timberway and I didn't do anything...this time. But your apes you call guards wouldn't listen...so I ended up here." He told Fox then sighed, "Oh well, I can get out anytime I want or I can simply wait since thieft if like what, 2 weeks?"

Fox stared at him annoyed, then turned to the guard, "so i was woken up......and he hasn't even done anything?" she asked the guard. she could tell if someone was lying and it didn't seem like James was.

James smirked at the guard who blinked at Fox, "We have reports from the city guards he was spotted stealing something." James raised his hands in defence, "Hey, I tried to tell then AND you that I haven't stole anything."

Fox glared at James and saw his smirk, "i guess we'll keep him for a while. " she responded with a sigh and began to rub her temples, "i'm not paid enough here." she mumbled.

James chuckled, "Nick would of done the same thing." He said, "Its better to be safe then sorry, he would say...speaking of which, where exactally is he? Probably tired himself out again doing work." James laid back down on the bench, his hands behind his head.

"none of your business." Fox replied, she yawned lightly and stretched her red shirt raising a little as she did (it's the one in the pic) she quickly pulled it down though "bloody shirt." she mumbled.

As she stretched, James cracked an eye open and looked over to Fox before smirking and closing his eyes again, "You sure sound sleepy, why don't you go take a nap?"

Fox glared, "don't change the subject" she ordered.

James shrugged, "So what's your name, oh maiden who rules with iron fist." He said as he looked over to her from the bench though still laying down.

Fox rolled her eyes, "why should i tell you?" after thinking for a second she didn't see the harm in telling him, "Fox. my name is Fox" she responded

"Ooo, I feel sorry for you." James said with a grin of his face, "Cause I take it some of the guys here call you Foxy."

Fox twitched holding back the urge to get a knife and throw it at him, so she settled for glaring harshly at him, "no they don't they know better." she responded malice dripping from her voice.

"Wow there, Iron Maiden." James said, sitting up, raising his hands in defence again, "I wasn't calling you foxy, I was merely pointing out." He said to her in honest truth.
