"you better not." she said threateningly, her yellow eyes stared harshly at him, before she yawned again.

"Fox, are you down here?" said a voice, it was Nick. He was told that there was a new prisoner and went to go do the papers but heard Fox down in the cellar instead. "Ah, there's the menice man." James said. "I keep telling you, don't call me that...Fox did you get any sleep at all last night? You look tired." Nick said, looking over to her.

"Morning Nick. and yeah i got enough.....well untill this lad got here." she responded pointing at James. from the look on her face Nick could probably tell that James called her Foxy

Nick looked from Fox to James and back to Fox, "He called you Foxy, didn't he?" James rolled his light brow eyes, "I didn't call her that, I mentioned it."
"Still, either way she will get mad at you." Nick said with a sigh.

Fox nodded annoyed still, partially cause she didn't get enough sleep, and cause James called her Foxy.

"Well if you're going to do patorl work then you should get some more rest. If not then get one of the guards to take your shift." Nick said, nodding at her then heading back to his office but stopped, "Oh and thank you for doing the paper work. I will be going to the Tower to check up on Gavin and to see how Heather is feeling."

"i'll get someone to do my patrol i still have some paperwork to finish." Fox repiled rubbed the back of her neck and yawned again and walked back to Nick's office to finish.

The day was long and boring, James eyed the guard who was doing the patrol who looked over to him, "What are you looking at?" He asked but James merely rolled his eyes and rolled over. "Hey I am talking to you."
"Yeah?" James said in a bored tone. The guard glared at James, "Your lucky your in a cell, pronouner."

After Fox finished the paper work she heard voices from the cells and saw the guard she had placed on duty picking a fight with the new prisoner, "oi, mate don't harass them it gives them pleasure." she ordered the guard,

"Hey I didn't start it, he was getting all pissy." James grumbled, his back to them. "Morning, Captain Fox." the guard bowed his head to her.

"get back to work, and don't speak to the prisoners. Got that" she ordered the guard the looked over at James, "and you. don't cause any problems."

"You listen as well as the others, typical of you guards...the only one who actually listens is Nick." James grumbled with his back still to them. The guard went back to work.

Fox sighed and stared at him then mumbled, "sorry mate......get some rest you seem cranky." she responded then turned and began to walk away.

"I would if these crack pots weren't chit-chatting." James sighed to himself as Fox walked away.

Nick strode down the hall to check on the prisoners, he had a bad feeling today though that something would happen.

Fox yawned again, still tired as she walked down the hall back to the office to make sure all the paperwork was filed.

Just as Nick turned the corner, he bumped right into Fox, "Oh sorry." he said then frowned, "Fox I really want you to get some sleep now, you look very tired." It was his turn now to worry about her.

Fox chuckled, "i'll be fine mate. a little less sleep won't kill me." she replied. "besides i can't die before you." she said jokingly.

"Oh ha ha." Nick said with a chuckle then put a hand on Fox's shoulder, "But your getting some sleep."

"i don't to sleep mate. i'm fine i swear." Fox replied, hoping he wasnt planning on knocking her out.

"I'm sorry Fox but this is for your own good." Nick said before transporting to her room. He let her go and leaned on the door, "I am not leaving this spot till your asleep."

Fox stared at him with a look that said, 'are you serious' then she said, "well then i guess you won't be moving until tonight." she responded.

"I don't think so." He said, smiling as he removed his eye patch which covered his demon eye. His eye was closed at 1st, you could see the jagged scar running across it before he opened it. The white of his eye was black and the iris was a glowing blood red. "Now you can do it willingly or I can make you sleep." Nick folded his arms, "Your choice."

"oi that's not fair." Fox complained, "that's cheating." she said glaring lightly.

Nick chuckled, "How is it cheating?" He asked, still smiling at her.

"because it is. i don't want to sleep." she responded. "and it just is cheating." she said trying not to laugh
