The pain of the past to unlock the future

"You didn't let me finish." Jack said as he poked her forehead, "I wasn't the one who hit on your boyfriend here so cool off." He smiled at her, "But if you don't get out of here, both of you might be dead when they come."

"when who comes?" she questioned

Jack sighed, "Yare, yare...if this keeps up, Brianne will have my hid." He said then put a hand on her head then poof! They transported away.

"what the hell?!!" She shouted

Jack took his hand off her head, "Tell me, would you rather have Kyodai live or die from the bleeding?" Jack asked as he smiled at her.

"i want him to live of course!" she shouted at jack thinking the male was stupid

Jack poked Reika on the forehead, "I am not stupid, child." He said, as if he read her thoughts...which he did. "Put him on that bed and I will help him." Jack said as he pointed to where.

Reika glared at him then nodded and did as she was told

Jack whistled a tune as he calmly got stuff out to help Kyodai with the bleeding on his head and his slight fever.

Reika watched silently praying Kyodai would be ok.

Jack went to Kyodai and started to do a small healing job on the wound, "So...how did you meet him? Hmm?"

"i met him at his brothers grave....." she said softly

"I see..." Jack mumbled as he nodded, almost done with the healing.

"yeah...." she said looking at her hands and clenching them tightly thinking of Jeramey

Jack looked over to her, "If there was a way to bring him back, I would try but there isn't...well none that are human anyways."

"oh......" she said softly. she felt like crying now.

Jack sighed then stopped and started to wrap up Kyodai's wound, "I think I may know someone who can bring him back...but not in a human form...he would be back but he would have to take an animal form."

Reika shook her head, "i do want him back....but i don't want to do that to him....." she replied softly

"Do what to him?" Jack said as he put a hand on Kyodai's forehead to see what his temperture was.

"to put him in the form of an animal, and to rip him from a peacful after life." she said softly not looking up at jack

"AFterlife? Peaceful? What do they teach you in school now days?" Jack mumbled.

"i didn't go to any school." she replied.

"That's explains allot..." Jack said as he sighed and leaned back in his chair.

"what's that supposed to mean!" she demanded glaring at him

"Nevermind, I'm tired and I want to go to bed but I can't because I have to keep an eye on both of you." Jack groaned as he leaned his head back.
