The pain of the past to unlock the future

Kyodai felt a little warmer then usual, "I'm sorry..."

"i told you, you were getting ssick..." she mumbled and went and wet a cloth a put it on his head

Kyodai stopped mumbling and just slept, he was very tired.

(and this real man is one hell of a singer)

she slept in the chair near the couch just incase he woke up

In the morning, Kyodai woke up with a groan, "I think I drank too much last night..." he said as he sat up.

Reika slept quietly curled up in the chair, her pink hair hid her face

Kyodai looked over to her and sighed, "Now i feel like more of an ass..." He quietly tried to gte up, hopping he wouldn't make a noise.

small sobs could be heard from Reika's sleeping form

Kyodai was about to head to the door when he heard Reika crying a bit, "Oh geez..." he said with a sigh then walked over to her and shook her a bit, "Hey, are you ok?"

Reika slowly woke up and sat up, nodding softly. tears stained her cheeks as she tried to hide that she was crying in her sleep

"Reika, are you ok?" Kyodai asked her softly.

"yeah i'm fien..." shee said getting out of the chair and walking to the kitchen to cook

"Are you sure?" Kyodai asked as he followed her in.

"yes completely fine." she said as she cooked

Kyodai mumbled under his breath as he shook his head, "Fine, I am going to be going..." He mumbled as he started to walk to the door.

"please don't go..." she whispered softly.

Kyodai stopped just as he was about to grasp the doorknob, "What? WHy do you want me to stay?" he asked.

"he....he asked me...to watch over you...." she said softly

Kyodai looked surprised at her then looked down, "He did?" he said in a whisper, "Just like Jeramey...always wanting to see I was safe..."

"he told me...that he was afraid you would do something stupid..." she said softly

Kyodai nodded, "Yeah...I figured that..." then he coughed.

"you need to rest, your getting sick." she continued

"I'm fine." Kyodai said yet still sat down on the couch.

"whatever." she mumble cooking

(sorry, mom thought I was going to make noodles that is why she said just to say I would be gone for an hour)

Kyodai coughed again, "I feel...uncomfortable..." He said as he looked around.
