Fire, fire, the hot spot is here!

"I WANT TO WATCH!" said Karma. "Alright Alright, follow me." said Scarlet and she walked outsdie.

"YATTA!" rene squeled she grabed Karma's hand and bounced out the door following her teacher

Karma followed. They were outside, it was a beautiful sunny day too.

"wow its real nice today!"rene said leting go of Karma's hand "ok scarlet what do u want me to do?" rene replied ready to take her training seriously

"I want to see how long it takes you to hold a fireball in your hand." said Scarlet.

"hai" rene repled closeing her eyes pouring her fire energy into her hands makeing a small little ball of blazing red fire into her hands before it went out "dang it!" rene exclamed "sorry thats about all i can do out of thin air " rene sighed looking down

"Its ok, its why your here now close your eyes and follow my instructions." she said.

"ok" rene said with fire in her eyes she slid them closed waiting for her teachers instructions.

"Now calmly breath in and out." Scarlet said in a calm and soft tone.

rene calmly her breathing feeling the heat all around her

"Feel the energy all around you. Above, below, to the left and right." Said Scarlet.

"i feel it!" rene said in shock at how much energy there was

"Now feel your bodies and element energy." Scarlet said.

rene searched in side of her body and found her element energy and started to pull it out makeing it flow inside her body "got it." she said to her teacher

"Now see your hand, imagine a ball of fire in it." She said, smiling.

Rene focesed the energy into her hand and fire swirled around her blowing her hair every where before createing a large ball of blazing red and orange fire in her hand for five seconds before she lost constration and it blew up sending her flying she landed on the ground "dang that hurt!!" rene curused as she got ready to try again

"What you need is a focus. Something to help you to keep hold of your form." Scarlet said.

"like an object?" rene asked "i have this." rene said pulling out a red eyed skull ring

"Yes that could work, lets try 1 more time cause I don't want you to over use your Gift." said Scarlet.

"ok" rene replied she put the ring on and balled her hand into a fist she started to pull her energy out into the ring fire surounded her fist she opened her eyes and sent the fire into the sky makeing it explode she fell to the ground panting "at...least...i contrled.....it enough....to.......make it.........go into the........sky.." Rene wezed out

"You drained yourself of your energy. Here chew this." She said as she handed her a leaf with purple spots on it.

rene chewed it then said "thank you" and layed on the ground to watch clouds

"Your welcome." she said, "It's best if you rest." Scarlet laid down on the grass too.

"yes Karma come lay down and tell me what you see in the clouds!" rene said hyper as ever (lol)
